Google on Tuesday launched the “People Cards” feature for people in India to create their profile on search engines. This feature was being tested in the country for the last one or two years. Initially Google introduced the People Cards feature for mobile users only. This means that you will need to log in with your Google account on a mobile device to create your public profile. In addition, the new experience is only available in English, although other languages will be added in the future.

Google search product manager Lauren Clark (Lauren Clark) told Gadgets 360 that currently the People Card feature is limited to India.

The main purpose of the People Card is to allow individuals to have a public profile on Google search, which will appear at the top of the search results when all names are searched. The feature was initially seen as a profile card in February.

Individuals who have already created their cards on Google can also choose to turn this feature off. In the case of people sharing the same name, Google search will show several modules.
