Former Team India captain Kapil Dev suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized

New Delhi: In the unfortunate event, former India captain Kapil Dev suffered a heart attack and underwent angioplasty at a hospital in Delhi. The 61-year-old legendary cricketer suffered a major heart attack on Friday morning and was later rushed to hospital.

However, there has been no update so far from his family regarding his health.

World Cup-winning captain undergoes angioplasty Kapil Dev has been very active with his views on cricket in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020.

The former Indian captain also dealt with health issues related to diabetes. The news of Kapil Dev’s heart attack has shocked his fans. They took to social media sites that ‘Hurricane Haryana’ should be recovered quickly.

One of the best of all, Kapil Dev has represented India in 131 Tests, taking 434 wickets and amassing an additional 5,248 runs. All-rounder took 225, 3,783 runs in ODIs and 253 wickets for India.

His best moment in the game was taking India to their first World Cup victory in 1983.
