Many Google services, including YouTube and Gmail, have been down for a long time, users say

Google crashed in India and many other countries because most of its services and applications were discontinued until recently. Google Contacts, Docs, Drive, Gmail, YouTube, etc. have all stopped working for some time. These services gave erroneous messages in India and some countries including Europe and USA. Keep in mind that YouTube came to a standstill for a few hours at the beginning of last month, and the video streaming operating system again had the biggest impact of the crash.

According to Downtector, YouTube experienced the most downtime of the crash, with more than 24,000 complaints reported at 5:42 p.m. Gmail, on the other hand, reported more than 11,000 times simultaneously. Google Drive and the Google website have been reported 400 and 15,000 times in Downtector, respectively.

When you open the YouTube homepage you will see the message ‘Something went wrong’. YouTube tweeted that the service was actually experiencing issues and had been fixed. The Google Workplace Dashboard displays issues with most of Google’s applications and services, such as Calendar, Sheets, Meetings, and Voice. Services are slowly being restored as YouTube performs better for some users when updating this message, but not for everyone yet.

Google has not yet released a statement on the cause of the crash.
