August 5 will be remembered in history, on this day Article 370 was abolished from Jammu and Kashmir: PM Modi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ramnagari on Thursday on the first anniversary of Bhoomi Pujan of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Here he reached the Ramjanmabhoomi complex and had darshan of Ramlala and worshiped the model of Ram temple. After this, from Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the free food distribution program to the beneficiaries under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana’ through video conferencing.

Addressing the beneficiaries, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “It is a matter of great satisfaction to talk to all of you today. The satisfaction that every single grain of food sent from Delhi is reaching the plate of every beneficiary. Satisfaction with the fact that the food grains of the poor used to be looted in UP during the earlier governments, now that path has stopped.

PM Modi said that the way Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana is being implemented in UP further strengthens the identity of the new Uttar Pradesh. Today’s date of August 5 has become very special. It is only on August 5, when two years ago the country had further strengthened the spirit of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat. On August 5 itself, by removing Article 370, every citizen of Jammu and Kashmir was made a full participant of every right, every facility.

PM Modi said, after almost 4 decades this golden moment has come. Hockey which has been our national identity, today our youth has given a huge gift to the country to regain that glory. Our youth are achieving new achievements for India. of winning, goal after goal. At the same time, some people are doing self-goal in a way due to political selfishness. They are not concerned with what the country is achieving.

The PM said, in Uttar Pradesh, more than 13 lakh farmer families have received about Rs 24,000 crore of their produce directly in their bank accounts. The double engine government of the Center and Uttar Pradesh is constantly striving for the convenience and empowerment of the common people. Yogi Adityanath’s government has made new records of procurement every year on MSP in the last four years. In Uttar Pradesh this year, almost double the number of farmers has got the benefit of MSP in the purchase of wheat and paddy as compared to last year.

The PM said that even during the Corona period, farming and related works were not allowed to stop, they were continued with full vigilance. Arrangements were made to sell seeds, food, and produce to the farmers. With this, our farmers produced record production and the government also set new records of procurement at MSP.
